Cancellation and refund policy
Physics Basic is a one-time digital pass for ₹99 and 365 days. This policy applies to payments made through the PCB Spark Physics checkout.
Requesting a refund
You may request a refund within 48 hours of payment, including if you paid by mistake or paid twice. Email karnanphysics2026@gmail.com or call +91 63817 16860 with the transaction reference and your PCB Spark account email.
After verifying the incoming payment and the request, Karnan NEET UG will arrange the refund to the verified payer and confirm the outcome through the support contact. Bank or UPI processing time may vary.
Access problems
If a verified payment is not activated within 24 hours, contact us even if the 48-hour request window has passed. We will check the receipt and resolve the missing access or refund the payment. A submitted reference alone does not confirm payment.
The pass does not renew automatically, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. No physical item is shipped.
